PLA, follows the path to innovation, in New York’s Legalweek.

Noticias jurídicas - Legalweek de Nueva York

PLA has been on Legalweek in New York, February 4-6, discussing future trends in the legal industry. In particular, in the area of litigation.

For some time now, case law databases have begun to make it possible to predict the outcome of legal disputes.

While it is true that it will be easy to access in the coming years predictive tools that will allow to anticipate, on the basis of jurisprudential precedents, and with different degrees of confidence, the result in mass cases, it will still be necessary a long walk to have access to a tool capable of predicting and anticipating, with a high degree of confidence, the result of a complex litigation matter.

Despite this, Artificial Intelligence is here to stay and its use will be necessary for litigation lawyers who do not want to start the game with a goal against.

Through the use of Artificial Intelligence, it will be possible to know better the adversary, the judge and to make a more exhaustive analysis of the different procedural scenarios, determining the probability of their materialization and their respective consequences.

PLA is at the forefront of the market. Not only because it uses predictive tools but also because of its internal analysis methodology that allows it to analyze and anticipate the different risks that exist in complex litigation matters, the possible scenarios as well as their probability and consequences.
